The service
Awesome.Digital audits websites, connects to analytics and search services you authorize, and produces reports, recommendations, and operator-confirmed changes. The service is provided by QNTx Labs, LLC and runs at app.awesome.digital. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
Beta status
The platform is in active development and offered as a beta. Features may change, and recommendations are decision support, not guarantees: review them with your own judgment before acting. We work to make scores and recommendations trustworthy, and we say so plainly when a surface is still being calibrated.
Accounts and acceptable use
- Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
- Only connect properties and accounts you own or are authorized to manage.
- Do not use the service to violate law, third-party terms, or the rights of others, and do not probe, disrupt, or overload the service.
Your data
You own the data you bring: your sites, your connected-service data, and the audit outputs produced for you. You can disconnect services or request account deletion at any time as described in the Privacy Policy. We use your data only to provide the service.
Changes the platform makes
Write actions to connected services (for example publishing a Tag Manager change or applying an Ads conversion-goal edit) happen only after your explicit confirmation in the app. You are responsible for reviewing changes before confirming them.
Intellectual property
The platform, its software, scoring methodology, and branding belong to QNTx Labs, LLC. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your account is in good standing.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, QNTx Labs, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the service and request deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves; we will update this page and its date, and material changes will be communicated to active users before they take effect.
